I know your word of choice maybe #hater or troll but in this episode I share how our words have energetic frequencies. Labeling someone as a hater perpetuates duality, discord, defensiveness and disconnection but meeting yourself with a naysayer means you can agree to disagree and their opinion isn't your truth.
